We love hosting birthdays, family get-togethers and work dinners at Casa Roni. For tables of 8 or more, we ask for a small deposit. It holds your table, lets us get everything ready for your group, and it all comes off your bill on the night.

How to book a table for 8 or more
Call us on 0151 319 9378 and we’ll find the right table for your group. Once your booking is made, we’ll send you a payment link for the deposit. If you’d rather, you can pay in person at the restaurant.
Paying your deposit
The deposit is £10 per person. Please pay it no later than 2 days before your booking date (for a Saturday booking, that means by Thursday). Your table is confirmed once we’ve received it. If the deposit hasn’t been paid by then, we may release the table to other guests.
On the night
Your deposit isn’t an extra charge. We take it off your final bill, so you only pay the rest.
If fewer people are coming
Plans change, and that’s fine. Call us at least 24 hours before your booking and we’ll refund the deposit for anyone who can no longer come.
If you let us know less than 24 hours before, or guests don’t arrive, we keep the deposit for each missing guest. We will have held those seats for your group and can’t offer them to anyone else.
For example: you book a table for 10 and pay a £100 deposit. On the night 8 people come, and we weren’t told beforehand. £80 comes off your bill, and we keep £20 for the two empty seats.
Cancelling your booking
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking and we’ll refund your deposit in full.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or your group doesn’t arrive, we keep the deposit.
- If we ever have to cancel your booking, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
Larger groups and special occasions
For bookings of more than 14 people, we’ll send you a pre-order form from our à la carte menu, so we can have everything ready for your group.
